A Snake Charmer
Hi dear lovelies..
Today is Monday and I’m here with my 3rd post. I hope you guys had a good time? Well..
My today’s outfit has been inspired by Indian Snake Charmers.
If you are an Indian, you would probably know about “Snake Charmers” which are immensely popular in India, especially during summer. Though other Asian nations such as Thailand, Malaysia and Pakistan are also familiar with these practices. But incase you don’t know yet, snake charming is the practice of pretending to hypnotize a snake by playing an instrument called “pungi”. It’s a traditional belief that the sound of “pungi” makes the snake sluggish and reluctant to attack people.
So I was just window shopping yesterday and I came across this white robe which is actually a shirt but long enough for me to wear as a one-piece. I liked it so much because of the fabric which is very light and breathable and it completes the sensation of summer.
When you choose an outfit, in my opinion the color of an outfit is considered to be the most important part so I chose very light color for my outfit which totally completes the essence of summer.
White is an idyllic and universal color which goes along with every other existence color. And I chose a darker color for my accessories for the proportionality and balance of color. Wrapped up one of my favorite scarf around my head as a traditional turban in a contemporary way.
I hope you like the outfit and the idea behind it. I would love to hear your thoughts about it. Leave your comments below for any feedback!
