DIY- Ripped Denim
Hi Dear Lovelies…
I was wondering,Are there any possiblities of not adoring Denims? Nah! I don’t think so..
There is something about it which makes it never ending trend, isn’t it?
It always feels refreshening when it comes on styling a denim outfit.
Today I’m gonna be displaying my favourite DIY Ripped Denim.I love DIY’s and this one is my favourite.
The history of ripped jeans dates back to the bands of the 1960s and 70s, like The Ramones, who were the first celebrities to wear them.Sadly,it couldn’t build up a fashion ladder right away but instead it was quite popular among the 70s child as in ‘rock n roll’.But that was not enough for it named as popular trend.
During early 1990s it was quite popular during 90s among actors like Julia Roberts, Michelle Pfeiffer, Daryl Hannah and Meg Ryan who were often spotted wearing ripped jeans and T-shirts without makeup in a very casual way duing the premiers and the events which had marked rebelliousness to the viewers of the west which is when it became the new trend of the era.And in INDIA, it was not as popular as it was in west earlier but it is quite popular now.
Rebel and Freak are the two words which totally overlays my mind whenever I think of Ripped Denims.
No matter how casually you pair up your ripped pants or with the world’s simplest top,it will naturally looks super cool.Additionally,Ripped pants are too comfortable, effortless and stylish outfit. I have paired my DIY ripped denim with a Khaki Shirt which I got from Forever21 to add up the level of hipness and trendiness.
I got my High platform Shoe and a pom-pom Beanie from a random street shop in Majnu ka Tilla,Delhi.
Bracelet is made out of Sling Holder of a slingbag just to add up some freakiness to the look.
I will be uploading a DIY video on my instagram page by tomorrow. Make sure to watch it.
